Excellent Customer Service by Kyle and great overall service. We had Kyle for two different jobs and each time he arrived on time and went straight to work. Both jobs were completed to perfection. We have used Gator Plumbing several times over the past 6 years and they are the best. Always on time , professional, courteous and efficient. Tim D. came by today to install a new kitchen sink. While here, he fixed a couple of other issues. I would highly recommend the company.

Good work, outrageously expensive parts. Probably the right plumber for people that don't care about how things are marked up. Quoted $165/hr "plus parts". Ok. Until I see the bill and an 8ft piece of 1" PVC pipe set me back $64, a 1" PVC coupling costs $6. "Solder and torch supplies" to solder up maybe 10 fittings is $45. Total for parts to connect a a whole house water filter to my existing incoming line (NOT the filter itself) was $1,055. 5 hours of labor on top of that. I get the need for a profit margin on resold parts, but 1000% markup really is annoying. The owner's reply is bogus. A 10' section of Sch 40 PVC not purchased in bulk is $6.36. I was charged $64 for 8 feet. That is a 1000% markup. As far as quality of the big box stores, when the plumber ran out of a part he needed, he headed to Lowe's to get it. And charged me the marked-up price (Plus his time to drive and get the part that wasn't in his inventory). Not cool.

It’s the second time I’m using Gator Plumbing and I would recommend them hands down! The receptionist was easy to speak to and arranged service quickly!! Kyle was a pleasure to have in my home - he was quick and courteous and cleaned up after the job was finished too! If you ever need a plumber this is who to call

Highly recommend Gator Plumbing. They were easy to schedule with, showed up on time, did great work, and were cost effective. Tim was the technician, and he was quick and thorough while also being nice and personable. Fixed all of our current issues, and provided a proactive overview of what to keep an eye on for the future. I really liked that he shared helpful information without any pressure to take on more work than needed right now.

I highly recommend Gator plumbing they are truly the best!! I just had a service call this mor ning the tech name Bryan.He on time, very respectful of my property as he wore booties , he clearly understood the problem . Must important he solved the problem. I called Gator Plumbing and they sent a service member the next day. Nik was promptly on time very polite and knowledgeable! I would give him 10 stars! I have used other companies in Oakland Park but Gator Plumbing has better prices and excellent customer service and like I said Nik was outstanding! I will definitely call Gator Plumbing when needed!
